You may be considered a tax resident of Kazakhstan if you spend at least 183 calendar days in Kazakhstan during any consecutive 12-month period. Days of arrival and departure are included. Kazakhstan also has a separate center-of-vital-interests test, so tax residency may apply even if you do not reach 183 days.
